2. Weight training- 3 sets of 10-12 reps per set will get you started on those muscles. Always aim to beat your previous session’s workout weight, preferably train to failure on your last set. 3. Full body workout – Weight training doesn’t necessarily means bigger biceps or triceps, perform a full body workout that will work your arms, legs, back as well as your abs! This is the ultimate goal for most people, and having those six pack abs will require work!
4. Importance of proper diet – If you’re starting on weight training or you’ve already started, you’ll notice just how important proper diet and food intake can be for you.
