2. Eat a hearty breakfast. Again, this isn’t new. You probably already know it’s a no-no to skip breakfast. You need to eat a king-size breakfast. Don’t let that fool you. You need to eat up 250-500 calories only to kick start your day; don’t go digging in to ham, cheese and bacon. Milk and cereal is always an excellent way to begin a day with.

3. Brown bag to work. Whoa, thought you’d read that on a how-to-survive-recession article? Brown-bagging is a health tip, too! You already know you need to eat a good breakfast. You know it’s not good to skip meals. But in the midst of a busy workday and the hassles of ordering in lunch, you just might forget eating your midday meal. A brown bag solves that dilemma. If you packed your food, you know what’s in it so you’re sure you’re getting the right kind of food at the right quantities. A nice tip on how to get washboard abs, isn’t it?

4. Get a full-body exercise. The word workout tends to discourage some as it conjures up the image of corporate gyms with sweaty gods and goddesses checking each other out. But really, gym or no gym, you need a full-body exercise routine. OK, but aren’ we talking about washboard abs here, you ask? Fitness experts will tell you this is what you need. You won’t get rid of that belly fat and have Jesse’s washboard abs by doing ab workouts only. The amount of belly fat you lose is proportionate to the total body fat you lose.
